Our deep-clean "reset" service clears any accumulated waste and brings your garden up to our professional standard. It includes The Full Works: a complete garden sweep, plus both our pet-safe disinfectant and cherry enzyme odour treatments.

Subscription Exclusive: Our Fair Pricing Promise We price our initial cleans purely on the time it takes to get your garden back to standard.

The Standard Reset: £40 (This is the standard rate for most first-time visits and covers up to 45 minutes of clearance.

The "Quick-Clean" Discount: £25 (If your garden is already well-maintained and the clean only takes our standard service time, we will drop the price to our normal 'Ultimate Fresh' rate!)

(Note: Extreme waste or heavily overgrown grass requiring longer than 45 minutes will incur additional time charges. We will always assess the garden upon arrival and confirm the exact price with you before we begin scooping. See T&Cs for full details.)

Disclaimer: While our clinical-grade disinfectant significantly reduces harmful bacteria and viruses (including Parvovirus), it is impossible to guarantee 100% eradication in outdoor environments. Environmental factors, soil, and porous surfaces limit the effectiveness of any chemical treatment. Our service is designed to vastly improve garden hygiene but is not a substitute for up-to-date veterinary vaccinations.

The Astro Refresh (Artificial Grass)

Artificial grass requires specialized care to prevent odors from becoming trapped in the backing. We don't do half-measures on Astro—every treatment gets the Full Works to decontaminate the area and lift the pile.

The Full Works Process:

Clinical Disinfection: A heavy soaking of professional-grade disinfectant to target and eliminate surface bacteria.

Active Cherry Enzyme Treatment: Application of our specialized biological enzymes designed to actively break down the uric acid crystals that cause foul odors, finishing with a long-lasting, fresh cherry scent.

Manual Pile Reset: We use a specialist rubber-bristle brush to work the treatment deep into the grass base and lift flattened fibers to restore that "new lawn" look.

Important Note on Odour Management: Our active Cherry Enzyme treatment is highly effective at tackling pet odors at the source. However, if your artificial grass has been heavily used over a long period, urine can soak deep past the backing and into the sub-base. In these severe cases, it may take a few treatments to completely eliminate historical odors.
